The microscope has currently four C2 apertures size : 20, 30, 70 and 150 µm. Any of those apertures selected for imagine should be centered. Currently the facility is using for SPA with EPU the preset with 20 or 30 µm for Grid Square, Hole/EucentricHeight and Data Acquisition, while the 150 µm aperture is usually reserved for atlas acquisition.

Reminder: Beam size on the 200 KeV TFS microscope is controled by the aperture size !
